To collect registered weight/operating weight data that could be used in future State and Federal highway cost allocation studies.
Comments
All expected data have been collected and data analysis has been completed in most states. Data will be combined with data from other projects to produce a consolidated set of relationships between vehicle operating weight and registered weight. (updated 7/2/01)
