Comments

Study has been initiated and a Technical Working Group (TWG) was established to provide direction and oversight for all project activities. TWG held a kickoff meeting in July 2001 to develop a comprehensive plan to accomplish the goals and objectives of this research project. SOW and prospectus are under development. (2/04/02)
