To get the NE Superpave Center up and running. To develop standardized training for superpave technicians that is acceptable throughout the Northeast Corridor. Study includes an annual panel meeting of participating states to discuss the direction the Center will take.

Comments

Year three of the study will commence shortly. Certification training for superpave technicians is under development. 2/7/02
